Proximus LLC strives to provide high-quality electronic equipment to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product to us. To ensure a smooth and convenient process, we offer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Electronic equipment is eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date if it meets the following criteria:
• The equipment is in its original packaging, with all original components and accessories included
• The equipment is in new and unused condition, without any signs of wear or damage
• The equipment has not been modified or altered in any way
• The equipment has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Requesting an RMA:
To request an RMA for electronic equipment, please contact our customer service team by email. You will need to provide the following information:
• Your name and contact information
• The product name and model number
• The reason for the return
• The purchase date and order number
Once your RMA request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the equipment to us. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Product Inspection and Refund or Replacement:
After we receive the returned equipment, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return requirements. If the equipment is eligible for return, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take up to 7 business days to process. Replacement products will be shipped to you as soon as possible, depending on availability.
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
• Equipment that has been damaged or modified by the customer
• Equipment that has been used or shows signs of wear and tear
• Equipment that is missing components or accessories
• Digital products, such as software licenses or downloadable content
